Coming to Chi Dep Dap Gio 2024, Ngoc Anh brings a learning mindset and determination to do new things. Ngoc Anh confided that her daughter is the source of motivation and the person who encouraged her to come to Chi Dep Dap Gio 2024.

Once one of the top singers in demand across the three regions of the country, singer Ngoc Anh was associated with the image of a shining star in the 80s and 90s of the last century. Confirming her participation in Chi dep dap gio 2024, Ngoc Anh surprised the audience when she "competed" in the reality show at the age of 60.

Sharing about this decision, the female singer said: " I am very happy and happy when the producer invited me to participate in the program Chi dep dap gio 2024. I know I am the oldest Chi dep in this year's program. I am very excited and very enthusiastic, looking forward to the challenges as well as the explosive performances. I came to the program with a very comfortable mindset because I believe that winning or losing is not important, but I have to play my best and satisfy all the requirements and criteria of the program.

"Because I am the oldest sister among all the Beautiful Sisters this season, I will try to stay happy, sociable and have fun playing with the younger siblings to have a wonderful memory for my 60th birthday. This is like a gift from the program to me on the occasion of my 60th birthday" - Ngoc Anh added.

Ngoc Anh has affirmed her position as one of the top "Queens of Rock" in Vietnam with a series of hits such as Sunset on the Ocean, Flame of the Highlands, Tri An Echo of Spring, Spring from Oil Wells, Say You Will... as well as gentle songs such as Spring by the Window, Hometown Ferry.

After many years of absence from big stages, Ngoc Anh's return to Chi Dep Dap Gio 2024 is supported by her daughter. She said: "Knowing that I am participating in the program, my daughter said: 'Mom, join for fun and meet more people as well as meet more audiences, you will reach young audiences, as well as to make yourself happy at the age of 60'" . Coming to Chi Dep Dap Gio 2024, Ngoc Anh has a learning mindset and is determined to do new things. "I am the oldest in this program as well as having many years of experience in the profession. I also have a lot of experience standing on stage, but the problem here is that we have to work together with our teammates as well as perform the acts required by the program. Therefore, I will try to bring out the best of what I have, and for things that are not my strengths, I will listen to the choreographer or work together and try my best to conquer those challenges" - she said.

The organizers also announced four more names to join the new season of the program: singers Ai Phuong, Pham Quynh Anh, Bui Lan Huong and Hoang Yen Chibi. Previously, the artists confirmed to participate include: singers My Linh, Thu Phuong, Minh Hang, Gil Le, Thao Trang, Xuan Nghi, Hanh Sino, DJ Mie, Thieu Bao Tram, actresses Vu Ngoc Anh, Dong Anh Quynh, Ngoc Phuoc, Duong Hoang Yen, Thu Ngoc, Tumi, actress Hau Hoang, Ngoc Thanh Tam, martial artist Chau Tuyet Van, singer Kieu Anh, MisThy and Maitinhvi.

Season two of Dap Gio is scheduled to air in October, with MC Anh Tuan and singer Jun Pham hosting the show, and musician Hua Kim Tuyen taking on the role of music director. Stylist Travis Nguyen will continue to be the fashion director for the contestants.

The first season aired in October 2023. After five rounds of performances and two final nights, Trang Phap became the team leader with members: Lan Ngoc, MLee, Thu Phuong, Le Quyen, My Linh and Diep Lam Anh.

Ngoc Anh was born in 1964 in Ho Chi Minh City. In the 1980s, she was called the "rock queen" with a powerful voice and fiery performance style through songs like I Hate Myself for Loving You, The House of Rising Sun. The singer was also successful with folk music and bolero.
