Ngo Trung Quang is a male singer born in 1997 in a rural area of Nong Cong district, Thanh Hoa province. Trung Quang is the eldest brother in a family with 3 brothers, his parents are farmers.

In 2014, he passed the entrance exam to the Vietnam National Academy of Music, scoring 9 points for the specialized section and 7.5 for vocal performance. When he received vocal training and entered the Conservatory of Music, he chose the chamber opera department.

Trung Quang specializes in singing Vietnamese lyrical music (also known as Bolero music). In 2016, he excellently won the top position of the Bolero Idol contest under the guidance of Dan Truong. Right from the first rounds of the show, Trung Quang attracted the audience's attention because of his deep, inspiring voice and handsome appearance. After finishing the competition, Trung Quang immediately joined Dan Truong's entertainment company and continued to nurture his passion for art. Trung Quang was born and raised in a farmer family with 3 siblings. From a young age, Trung Quang was aware of his family's circumstances, especially his passion for singing, but because his parents still struggled in life, he secretly nurtured that dream for many years.

Passionate about singing since he was young, when he was a student, Trung Quang regularly participated in cultural movements of the school and local groups. He was also often sent by the school to sing in competitions such as: Pink Melody, Red Royal Poinciana and received many awards. It is thanks to these successes that Trung Quang is determined to pursue the path of singing even though he knows that the path is very difficult and not easy. And from those competitions, the young student accumulated a lot of stage experience and achievements as motivation for his future artistic path.

Looking back on the past journey, Trung Quang said that he had to overcome many challenges and difficulties, and at times was very discouraged, but his love for singing and passion for art helped him overcome.

Sharing about his teacher - singer Dan Truong, Trung Quang confided: "Dan Truong is my most important teacher, he has helped me live with passion and give my students many opportunities." At the same time, Trung Quang also said that Dan Truong appreciates his calmness, humility, and extremely subtle and sharp observations.

As for Dan Truong, he always tries his best to guide his students, truly being a teacher and a brother. However, his married life was not very smooth. Recently, on his personal page, the male singer officially confirmed that he divorced the rich man's wife after 8 years of marriage. This made the audience extremely regretful.

The male singer is also a brother and close friend of female singer Phuong My Chi.
