On the same day, the leader of the Department of Performing Arts talked about Nam Em's case. The lawyer added that, according to the provisions of Article 5, Circular 38/2016/TT-BTTTT, after determining that Nam Em violated prohibited acts on the Internet, the Ministry of Information and Communications will send a notice to the parties. social networking platforms (Facebook, TikTok) to request processing. When receiving a request from the Ministry of Information and Communications, social networking platforms must process it within 24 hours. If the platforms do not process within 24 hours, the Ministry of Information and Communications will send a second notification. In case of failure to handle, the Ministry will implement necessary technical measures.
