Miss Cosmo 2024: Contestants officially receive national sash, compete for crown

On the afternoon of September 15, 2024, at Daewoo Hotel (Hanoi), Miss Cosmo Organization announced the list and awarded sashes to the representatives participating in the contest in the first year of organization. In addition, the Organizing Committee also clarified the portrait of the beauty representing the new era of beauty.

Miss Cosmo 2024 is professionally organized according to international standards with attractive and exciting activities taking place in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and some major tourist cities in Vietnam. Currently, the contest has officially entered the most important stage. From September 12 to 15, most of the representatives have arrived in Hanoi to participate. Contestants participating in the contest are all Miss/ Runner-up/ Beauty Queen with the title of Miss Cosmo of the participating country, recognized for their achievements and nominated as the official representative of the participating country.

Upon arriving in Vietnam, many representatives expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the enthusiastic support of the organizing committee in the process of applying for visas and completing paperwork to enter Vietnam. In addition, for some candidates who had health problems and could not participate in the competition, the Miss Cosmo organizing committee also continuously encouraged, visited and created the best conditions for the representatives to participate in the competition.

In the first days, the contestants mainly participated in glamshots, brand photoshoots, interviews, taking measurements, etc. To prepare for the Fashion Show "Hello Cosmo From Vietnam", the beauties of Miss Cosmo 2024 also visited the showroom of designer Le Thanh Hoa to try on costumes. In addition, due to the unfortunate consequences of Typhoon Yagi, the contestants and the Miss Cosmo organization also took the time to give gifts and encourage people in difficult circumstances in the northern provinces.

The first activities of Miss Cosmo 2024 received good interaction on social networks, in which the beauty of the contestants became a topic of interest on domestic and international beauty forums. With a potential group of contestants, the contest promises to be one of the explosive cultural and artistic events. Not only contributing to promoting the image, country, people and tourism of Vietnam, Miss Cosmo also brings the opportunity to promote and honor the pride of national identity of each country in the world.

On the afternoon of September 15, 2024, at Daewoo Hotel (Hanoi), Miss Cosmo Organization held a sash awarding ceremony for representatives participating in Miss Cosmo 2024. The event took place in a warm and intimate atmosphere with the participation of members of the organizing committee, some sponsor representatives and 52 beauties from countries around the world.

At the beginning of the sash presentation ceremony, Mr. Tran Viet Bao Hoang - CEO of Miss Cosmo, Head of the Organizing Committee of Miss Cosmo 2024 expressed his deep gratitude to the contestants and especially the national directors for their trust and support for the contest in its first year. In addition, the representative of the organizing committee also shared about the situation in Vietnam after the impact of Typhoon Yagi, which led to some changes in the contest's schedule.

Mr. Tran Viet Bao Hoang also represented the organizing committee to present the sashes to the contestants. Upon receiving the sashes, the beauties were clearly happy and proud, shouting their names and countries in front of international friends. They cherished the opportunity to represent their country at the Miss Cosmo 2024 contest. Each sash represents national pride, helping the representatives gain more confidence and motivation to shine in the international beauty arena. From September 15, the contestants will wear sashes in official and sideline activities within the framework of the Miss Cosmo 2024 contest.

Currently, due to many objective reasons, nearly 10 contestants representing other countries have not yet arrived in Vietnam because they are waiting and completing the necessary procedures to enter Vietnam to participate in the next activities of the contest.
