Miss Cosmo 2024: Best Of The World Festival, Shontelle, French expatriates explode

Within the framework of the Miss Cosmo 2024 contest, "Best Of The World Festival". Along with nearly 60 contestants of Miss Cosmo 2024, the event featured performances by world music stars Shontelle, Phuong Vy, Thao Trang, and Phap Kieu.

After a long journey across Vietnam, nearly 60 representatives have arrived at the final destination of Miss Cosmo 2024, Ho Chi Minh City. Here, in addition to two important competition nights, the contestants have the opportunity to learn about culture, cuisine and participate in a vibrant music and fashion party at the "Best Of The World Festival" event.

Along with nearly 60 contestants of Miss Cosmo 2024, the event will feature performances by famous artists, including world music star Shontelle, singer Phuong Vy, singer Thao Trang, singer My My and rapper Phap Kieu, promising to bring a vibrant music party not to be missed.

Notably, the participation of world music star Shontelle is noteworthy. In her music career, Shontelle has made her mark in many different roles as a singer, rapper and songwriter. Impossible, Super Woman, Count On Me, Colours, No Gravity are Shontelle's hits. Of which, Impossible is the song that helped the female singer's career flourish. The song once reached the top of the Billboard Hot 100, sold hundreds of thousands of copies in the US, and became a song that many fans of the 8x and early 9x generations know by heart.

Singer Phuong Vy became known to the public when she won Vietnam Idol 2007. As the first female champion of the prestigious music competition, Phuong Vy left a deep impression on the audience with her powerful voice and charming performance style. After many years of working in the arts, Phuong Vy continued to affirm her position with the title of Champion of Tuyet Dinh Tranh Tai 2017. In 2023, Phuong Vy surprised everyone when she participated in Chi Dep Dap Gio Re Song and was commented to be unconventional.

Singer Thao Trang is remembered by many people after coming out of Vietnam Idol 2007. Over the years, Thao Trang has left her mark with her powerful voice, fiery performance style and unique appearance with healthy brown skin. Originally a professional dancer, My My is remembered for her clear, sweet but equally powerful voice. My My possesses all the elements of a versatile artist from charming beauty, professional choreography to unique musical color.

From a famous TikToker, Phap Kieu has proven himself to be a real rapper with full skills through the program Rap Viet season 3. As one of the rare LGBT rappers in the Vietnamese music industry, Phap Kieu impressed with his unique color as well as his journey to eliminate gender stereotypes about rap. Recently, Phap Kieu attracted attention when participating in Anh Trai Say Hi and releasing his first song called DOC. The song carries the message of "fighting poison with poison", using one's own strength to face public opinion.

The "Best Of The World Festival" event takes place throughout September 29, starting at 9am with a food festival and folk games, until 4pm with the Carnival parade of contestants in national cultural costumes and officially entering the music festival at 5:30pm. All of these activities are open to the public and free to attend.

With "Best Of The World Festival", Miss Cosmo 2024 aims to organize a large-scale cultural event, bringing unique cultural experiences to the community, helping people access and learn about the cultures of other countries around the world.
