The schedule of the series of events took place over 2 days in Ninh Binh within the framework of Miss Cosmo 2024. In addition to the careful preparation of the contest's Organizing Committee, Dr. Bich Na gave advice to the contestants on regular skin care, paying attention to benign products, suitable for tropical weather and adding electrolyte minerals because they often travel and participate in many activities.

"The weather in Vietnam has changed a lot in the past few days, some contestants have not been able to adapt, or the schedule is so tight that many of them cannot eat and drink, so their bodies are tired. My team and I also have to follow closely to promptly respond to unexpected situations that may occur. I also regularly remind you of the simplest habits such as drinking lots of water, arranging rest time, or a reasonable diet... to ensure your health and appearance throughout this year's competition.

Or there was a contestant who had just landed in Ho Chi Minh City and caught a cold, so the organizers and I immediately took her to the hospital for treatment so she could have the health to participate in Miss Cosmo's activities. Or Xuan Hanh - a contestant from Vietnam, was also exhausted and had to be given an IV, and as everyone can see, Xuan Hanh has recovered and is ready for the next competitions" - Dr. Bich Na shared.
