HTV MC apologizes for misreading information about April 30, netizens' attitude is very different from Bich Hong's

After causing a stir with her performance on a helicopter of the Vietnam Air Force, MC Hong Phuong - wife of artist Quoc Co excitedly participated in a series of programs celebrating the 50th anniversary of April 30, 1975.

However, because she couldn't control her emotions, the female MC said the wrong information, causing a heated debate among netizens.

Specifically, in a behind-the-scenes clip, Hong Phuong was excited to film the show Return to the Meeting Point in Binh Duong with the crew. However, instead of saying "50th anniversary of national reunification", the female MC mistakenly said "Ho Chi Minh City reunification".

When criticized by netizens, the female MC quickly responded and apologized to the audience.

She said in a clip uploaded on her official TikTok channel:

"Hello everyone. Phuong has read all the comments about the incident in the video that has attracted everyone's attention recently.

Phuong herself sincerely apologizes for making everyone unhappy. While performing a meaningful program, because she was too excited, Phuong said something wrong. Completely unintentional. Not for any other reason. And Phuong respectfully acknowledges and thanks all the comments from uncles, aunts, brothers, sisters and friends. Hopefully everyone will look at the problem more lightly. Please forgive her so that Phuong has a chance to correct her mistakes and better fulfill her duties in the future.

In Phuong's heart, she always respects the great President, Uncle Ho. She is always proud of her homeland. Phuong always tries to convey those messages in each of her works. Immediately after Hong Phuong apologized, the public immediately turned around, not only did they not condemn her but also praised the female MC for daring to sincerely admit her mistake. Hong Phuong, born in 1984, is a familiar TV MC to audiences in the South. She won the Golden Swallow awar.d at the 2006 TV Host contest. Hong Phuong impressed audiences with her charming beauty, attractive voice, and confident demeanor.

In 2022, Hong Phuong graduated with a Master's degree in Cultural Management from a prestigious university in Ho Chi Minh City. When receiving her degree, the female MC said she was moved to tears because she had overcome many difficulties, especially studying during the pandemic.

Hong Phuong confided: "It was said to be 2 years, but due to the pandemic, the study program was extended to 3 years. 3 years is not a long time, but it is really too hard for someone who is a mother, a wife, a boss, and a worker like me. But I overcame it all, and I cried tears of joy."

Hong Phuong is also known to the audience for her happy marriage with the "circus prince" - Meritorious Artist Quoc Co. The female MC and her husband are the same ag.e, the couple registered their marriage in 2015.

Hong Phuong and Quoc Co once revealed that it was not "love at first sight". The couple met in 2012, but it was not until they joined a business trip to Canada in 2015 that they developed feelings for each other. In a program, MC Hong Phuong also revealed that before marrying the "circus prince", she had intended not to get married and become a single mother.

Sharing about her life, Hong Phuong expressed: "When I got married, Mr. Co also made me feel comfortable, not forcing me to change anything.
