Director Vo Thanh Hoa's wife revealed that it was difficult for her family to announce her pregnancy to her parents. I didn't expect her to know when and the whole family was very open to it. During pregnancy, the beauty was lucky not to have too much morning sickness, but the fact that the doctor diagnosed the condition of the fetus made the couple's spirit collapse.

"When I went to the 3-month pregnancy check-up, I found that the fetus had abnormal symptoms. At that time, the doctor diagnosed the baby with a possibility of Down's disease, but only 50/50. The baby was about 5 1/2 months old when I went to see a private doctor, the doctor blamed the risk of gene combination was high and why not go for an amniotic fluid test. At that time, I was very scared because the baby in the womb had already grown.

Every day I go to the hospital, 3 days to have amniocentesis. By the time I had a 5D ultrasound, I was more convinced that the baby probably didn't have a nose bone. I didn't calm down, the chance of Down disease was more than 50%. I don't want my child to have any problems, if I give birth to a baby, the couple will be very miserable psychologically. But if I have to trade off, I will still have a baby," the 9X actress emotionally confided.

For 14 days waiting for the results, Mai Bao Ngoc and her husband were extremely worried, feeling like going through 14 dark days. Luckily, the baby was unharmed, the whole family finally breathed a sigh of relief and she also safely waited for the day to see him.

Around the time of giving birth, Mai Bao Ngoc confided that she was very touched when she was taken care of by her husband little by little. However, when she became a diaper mother, the actress revealed she also suffered from postpartum depression. The wife of the director of the film The Hundred Billion Key expressed: "In the beginning, the baby kept sleeping during the day, fussing and crying at night, causing me severe stress. Watching my husband go to work, earn money, go home and get a good night's sleep and myself doesn't make me feel a little ashamed. At that time, although Hoa loved his wife and children, because of the nature of his work, it was inevitable that he would go to work from early morning to 2-3 am the next morning."

The former actor-MC said the first trimester postpartum is the most exhausting period. At times, she was helpless because her baby cried so much, she couldn't hold back. She considered herself evil when she held her baby in front of a loud wind. She thought it would be easier for her to fall asleep. However, the mother is sleepy and the child is not. It took about 5 minutes for Mai Bao Ngoc to realize that doing so could cause the baby to be cold or breathless.

The former actor once said on a show : "At that stage, I didn't think about suicide but I wanted to separate my child from me. Once, I coaxed him to refuse to sleep. I yelled at her and tried to throw her on the bed. At that moment, Mr. Hoa woke up and reached out to support his child. The moment I almost threw him down, I came to my senses, laid him down on the bed and walked out."

With what she experienced, Mai Bao Ngoc shared her desire to adjust the maternity regime in Vietnam. She said: "Currently, mothers are entitled to 6 months of maternity leave but if possible, I would like husbands to take leave with their wives as well. What women need is not a woman to take care of their children, but a spiritual support. The feeling that two people shoulder the same burden will help mothers with diapers reduce depression. I understand that my husband needs to go out and earn money to support the family. But men also have the right to rest and observe their child's development."
