According to the Medical Department Inspector, at about 12 a.m. on Aug. 1, after anesthetizing the victim, Mrs. B.H.C. injected filler into the patient's right forehead area. After about 1 minute, the patient had blurred right vision, Mrs. C. immediately injected the antidote and took the patient to the emergency room at Cho Ray Hospital.

The diagnostic results of the ophthalmology department (Cho Ray Hospital) determined that the patient's right eye had total uveitis, occlusion of the central retinal artery.

Inspectors of the Department of Health concluded that the establishment did not have a license for medical examination and treatment activities, had a sign "X. Beauty & Academy", including 1 ground floor, 2 floors; have a certificate of registration of Hong Cuc business household issued by the People's Committee of Tan Binh district, business lines of skin care services. However, there is no license to operate medical examination and treatment.

However, this facility deploys machines, medical equipment, needles, needle rollers, fillers ... unauthorized use in cosmetology. Mrs. C., the owner of the establishment, does not have the prescribed professional qualifications or certificates to practice medical examination and treatment.

Mrs. B.H.C. is a skin care technician who does not have professional qualifications or certificates to practice medical examination and treatment as prescribed.

The inspector of the Department of Health has compiled the dossier and handled violations against Ms. B.H.C, the owner of X. Beauty & Academy business in accordance with regulations; At the same time, it is recommended that people when performing invasive beauty services (injections, injections, surgeries, liposuction, lasers ...) must choose hospitals or clinics specializing in aesthetics that have been approved by the Ministry of Health or the Department of Health for technical lists and licensed medical examination activities, prescribed healing.
