Vietnamese netizens are circulating a clip of Jungkook (BTS) covering Son Tung M-TP's song Let's Give It to You. Notably, the Korean male idol who completely speaks Vietnamese and sings extremely fluently quickly took the online community by storm.
Recently, social media was abuzz with a clip of BTS member Jungkook showing off his voice in a cover of Son Tung's song "Give it to me" by Son Tung M-TP. However, it is worth mentioning that in this cover, Jungkook sang 100% in Vietnamese with extremely clear and fluent pronunciation.
After only a few hours of posting, this cover was quickly shared widely and received tens of thousands of interactions and comments on social networks.
It is not difficult to understand that both Son Tung and Jungkook are stars with huge fan bases. However, if you listen carefully, you will see many inconsistencies in this cover clip. As it turns out, this is really a product of artificial intelligence, but there is no way that Jungkook covers any of the "boss's" songs as rumored.
Accordingly, a Jungkook fan used an AI tool to collect Korean idol vocal data and encode Son Tung's voice to become a member of BTS. According to some of Jungkook's fans, the basic AI vocals cannot be 100% similar, only at the same level in a few tones. However, there are many Jungkook AI songs that are 70-80% similar such as Delayed Love, I Feel it coming, Under the influence, Star Boy ...
Similar to Jungkook's case, Jennie is imitated in AI-generated covers. The songs "Love Charms" (Bich Phuong), "If Then (Tlinh)...
However, the clip is still extremely responded to and enjoyed by fans with this new type of "idol swing". There are netizens who do not hesitate to confess humorously that for the first time in their lives it is possible to fully understand when listening to Jungkook sing. Some other listeners also boldly proposed to "master" more Vietnamese music covers for Jungkook. This story only adds to the hotness of BTS's "youngest brother" with Vietnamese fans.
However, because of the level of popularity at the global level, Jungkook also fell into irony many times. Somehow, the guy's home address was suddenly brought to the hands of crazy fans, causing the BTS puzzle piece to encounter many troubles. Jungkook is constantly sent food to his house even though he doesn't want to.
The idol also posted a letter on the social media platform Weverse urging fans to stop sending food to their homes. The male idol said:
"Please stop sending food delivered to your house. You don't eat if you send me. I am thankful for everyone's good intentions, but I can completely take care of my own food. So, please buy for yourself.
If you still submit, I will check the order code on the receipt and take measures. Let's stop."
In fact, the case of idols being constantly bothered by crazy fans is not a new story. However, Jungkook's case made ARMY, BTS's fandom, outraged. For the most part, Jungkook's fans voiced criticism and thought that this action inadvertently disturbed the idol's private life.
Not only that, many comments also frankly suggest that Jungkook and his agency BigHit should take strong action against these fanatics.
As for Son Tung, recently, Son Tung was present to perform at a music stage in Can Tho. It is known that this is a rare event that the singer accepted the invitation to perform, because Son Tung has very limited running the singing show to focus on personal tasks.
Appearing on the night of the concert, the singer of Thai Binh origin made waves in the young audience when he dressed in hugging shirts and pants, bringing extremely satisfying performances on stage. Every time he appears on stage, Son Tung always knows how to make himself the center of discussion on social networks. Thereby, it can be seen the great attraction of the singer although he rarely launches products.
