However, about 7 hours later, Jennie's side denied the information. A representative of Jennie's agency, ODDATELIER, said: "Jennie is trying to make a new song. However, the release date has not yet been discussed whether it will be an album or E.P."

Because a few days ago, YG Entertainment had a change in the board structure and announced plans related to BLACKPINK's activities to be concretized this year. Earlier on March 29, YG Entertainment held a shareholders' meeting and announced that it had approved its decision to switch to a single CEO system. More specifically, the current CEO is Mr. Yang Min Seok, the younger brother of founder/executive producer Yang Hyun Seok. In addition, YG also appointed outside director Kim Dong Hyun as the new chairman of the board.
