The company emphasized that there was no detention or coercion.

The Seoul Regional Labor Agency under the Ministry of Employment and Labor of South Korea concluded that there was no basis for the complaint and closed the administrative case. The investigation results showed that the documents provided by the plaintiff were insufficient to prove that there was workplace harassment.

With three previous complaints filed by NewJeans with the Department of Labor and Employment all resulting in no charges, NewJeans and ADOR are now facing an all-out legal battle.

A preliminary injunction hearing will be held on March 7 regarding the maintenance of the company's status and ADOR's endorsement contracts with five NewJeans members. The first hearing date for the validity case regarding the exclusivity contract is scheduled for April 3.
