Jack was "saved" by Son Tung amid suspicions of plagiarism of Quang Hung's hit song

In recent days, Jack has been embroiled in controversy over plagiarism of Quang Hung Master D's hit. Many viewers pointed out that the first 6 notes, corresponding to the line "Ma loi vi sao em oi?", are identical to the first 6 notes in the chorus of Catch Me If You Can.

Although the coincidence between these two passages is too obvious, is it enough to conclude that Jack plagiarized?

Talking about this, a musician shared: "This kind of coincidence happens all the time in Vietnamese music. Jack's chorus is similar to a previously released song by 6 consecutive notes, quite a lot but it's hard to conclude plagiarism."

This musician is inclined to believe that the two songs coincidentally overlapped a small part. Overall, the two products are completely different in color. Jack's new product is a Pop Ballad, while Catch Me If You Can has a more vibrant melody. It is also impossible to confirm which song has the same melody idea, as it is not yet determined whether Under the Dry Tree Blooms or Catch Me If You Can was composed first.

Jack became the next "victi.m" in the sensitivity of Vietnamese audiences about the issue of music plagiarism. Furthermore, the male singer is currently facing fierce criticism from anti-fans, so even a small movement becomes the focus of criticism online.

Previously, from the case of Son Tung and some big names like Da LAB, many Vietnamese songs were labeled as plagiarism but the debate never ended. There is very little basis to conclude plagiarism, unless the two songs are 100% identical in melody, chords and details like tempo.

With two factors of support from fans and "toxicity" from a large number of anti-fans on social networks, the product Under the Dry Tree Blooms creates a strong enough effect to quickly rise in the music trending list.

After 6 days of release, this MV attracted more than 5 million views. This is Jack's outstanding opening before releasing his first album for his career.

Putting aside his personal life, Jack is still formidable when he returns to the Vietnamese music scene. The male singer still has great support from young audiences. After unsuccessful attempts, the singer from Ben Tre returned to his forte and achieved quite good initial results.

The color of Under the Dry Tree Blooms reminds the male singer's audience of his hit song Fireflies. Clearly, the singer born in 1997 made the right move, releasing a song that is easy to feel and can easily become a hit to open the day of the new album's release.

With Under the Dry Tree, Flowers Bloom, Jack wrote in a fairly simple harmony.
