The company allocated 210,000 shares (equivalent to VND 420 billion at the increased price) to employees, but Ms. Hwang Bo Kyung bought back these shares.

According to the results of the investigation, the current CEO of YG bought back employee shares in the name of the junior manager, Kim. Hwang Bo Kyung also asked her husband's friend to transfer money privately to Kim's manager to buy shares. Profits from the sale of shares are in Kim's account, used to pay for living expenses and construction costs. After many years, currently Hwang Bo Kyung is the CEO (executive director) of YG, and manager Kim has also been promoted to CFO (chief financial officer).

Previously, the former CEO of YG, Yang Min Suk (Yang Hyun Suk's younger brother) also bought insider shares under the name of an employee surnamed Ha. This stock transaction is done using Ha's bank account.

At the end of the investigation, there were a total of 3 senior YG personnel who bought and sold insider stocks under the names of other employees, 2 of whom knew in advance about the potential price increase of the shares they were in charge of investing in, it's Hwang Bo Kyung and Kim. The case seemed to be buried but was exposed due to its involvement in the Burning Sun case in 2019.

Currently, the SBS reporter is unable to contact Hwang Bo Kyung and Kim. A representative of YG explained to the Tax Department, "The demand for shares of the company's employees was quite low, so we completed the transaction using a borrowed name. This disrupted the capital source, affecting the financial flow of the company. company". However, the National Tax Service did not accept this explanation.

After more than a year of trial with many trials, the Burning Sun scandal of Seungri (former BIGBANG member) has not been resolved. Not long ago, the witnesses who were prostitutes in the case had "turned the case", claiming they had no specific connection with the youngest member of BIGBANG, and at the same time that their testimony in the file The police interrogation was different from the courtroom testimony.

In the previous hearing, the prostitute testified about the time of prostitution on December 24, 2015 with Seungri's Japanese guests. This person said that he did not know that the other man was related to Seungri, nor knew they were Japanese and had no sexual relationship. No one even mentioned Seungri at that time.

The girl also denied having to sit in a seat reserved for prostitutes.

According to police records, after leaving the restaurant, this prostitute was in Seungri's car for a while. In response to this, this girl said, "I never said it was Seungri's car, nor did I know that it was Seungri's car."

This is completely different from the testimonies published in the previous trial. Here, according to the interrogation file, this girl confessed to selling sex to Seungri's Japanese customers at a hotel in Yongsan, Seoul in December 2015. In the same month, she also sold sex once at Seungri's house, but at the request of Yoo In Suk - former CEO Yuri Holdings, husband of actress Park Han Byul.
