Hwang Bo Kyung also asked her husband's friend to transfer money privately to Kim's manager to buy shares. Profits from the sale of shares are in Kim's account, used to pay for living expenses and construction costs. After many years, currently Hwang Bo Kyung is the CEO (executive director) of YG, and manager Kim has also been promoted to CFO (chief financial officer).

Previously, the former CEO of YG, Yang Min Suk (Yang Hyun Suk's younger brother) also bought insider shares under the name of an employee surnamed Ha. This stock transaction is done using Ha's bank account.

At the end of the investigation, there were a total of 3 senior YG personnel who bought and sold insider stocks under the names of other employees, 2 of whom knew in advance about the potential price increase of the shares they were in charge of investing in, it's Hwang Bo Kyung and Kim.
