By the end of 2024, after more than a year of operation, the company submitted a document to the Hanoi Business Registration Office to dissolve. The reason given was that it had not yet found an effective business direction in the context of market and premises difficulties.

"Maintaining the company's legal status does not bring business efficiency or economic benefits to society, so the company has decided to dissolve it according to the law," the document stated.

Meanwhile, in addition to contributing capital with Miss Do Thi Ha to establish Adela Group, Ms. Hoang Khanh Chi is also holding the position of Director and legal representative of Cici Group Company Limited. The enterprise was established in July 2022. The company has a charter capital of 45 billion VND, with the main registered business line being the operation of general, specialized and dental clinics. However, by November 2022, the enterprise had reduced its charter capital from 45 billion VND to 10 billion VND. Ms. Chi still holds the position of Director and legal representative of the enterprise.

Do Thi Ha, 24 years old, from Thanh Hoa, 1.75 m tall. She was crowned Miss Vietnam 2020, then represented Vietnam at Miss World 2021 and entered the top 13 finalists. She ends her reign as Miss Vietnam in December 2022.

The beauty graduated with a degree in Business Law from the National Economics University in Hanoi. She is now a familiar face in the fashion industry, regularly appearing in shows of many fashion houses.
