H'Hen Nie freaked out fans by announcing weight gain ahead of Tet

Miss H'Hen Nie recently shared that although it is not yet Tet, she has gained weight rapidly. What freaked out the audience was that if H'Hen hadn't said it, no one would have known she had gained weight.

Recently, Miss H'Hen Nie shared a picture with new hair on her personal page that she has gained weight even though it is not yet Tet.

"I promise I've gained 3kg, Tet hasn't come yet. The whole family looks at your face, just like the faces of your grandchildren at home," the Edean beauty wrote.

The reason, what makes fans freak out is because there is almost no change when the post-gainer gains weight.

Despite possessing a body of "thousands of people", H'Hen Nie once revealed that she is very easy to gain weight if she does not eat well and stop exercising. In the past, the beauty born in 1992 used to weigh nearly 70 kg. She had to use self-cooking methods to ensure her calorie intake. The queen herself said: "It's easy for me to gain weight. If I eat irregularly or stop exercising, I'll gain weight."

This factor became the motivation for her to build and maintain healthy habits.

During her daily meals, H'Hen Nie cooks for herself. In particular, she likes to make soy milk, combined with boiled vegetables. 9X pays attention to balancing calorie intake and expenditure.

"The food I cook can control the diet, ensure the body loads enough substances and avoid weight gain", she confided.

Even H'Hen Nie's drinking has its own rules. She drinks 2 liters a day and exactly 30 minutes after meals.
