In his current position, Gavin is in charge of many content development projects with major partners, especially in the entertainment sector. He also has the opportunity to participate in many big programs as a professional speaker and judge, such as sitting in the "hot seat" of Miss Universe Vietnam, The Talents Vietnamese Music Gala, Teen Model, the Green Wave award voting council...

Gavin Nguyen said that he felt lucky to be trusted by the organizers. Because for him, "holding the weight" is really a difficult job, requiring not only understanding in that field, but also equipping him with knowledge to make comments to help the contestants in the contest be able to receive and learn to develop themselves.

In 2022, Gavin participated in the workshop of TikTok Next Gen Influencers with Supermodel Minh Tu and designer Do Long as guests to share useful information with creators on the topic "From social media stars to reality stars". The event attracted a large number of content creators to participate and was interested by a large number of netizens.

It is known that TikTok Next Gen Influencers is a non-profit project with the goal of supporting young people to build their personal image and career orientation through dedicated advice and sharing from influential experts in many fields: fashion, photography, journalism, etc.

The project is expected to take place regularly with a series of activities, from workshops to share personal image building consulting experiences, career orientation from experts, sessions to improve communication skills and content creation to practical experience opportunities exclusively for young people and their partners and brands.
