In addition, every day, Tuan Anh is steamed with oranges, lemons, lemongrass, cinnamon, orange peels, grapefruit peels... Every day he takes one Paracetamol tablet in the morning and one Efferalgan tablet in the afternoon.

This young man maintains exercise to improve health. On days when his physical condition is weak, breathing difficulty or chest tightness, he reduces the intensity of exercise, taking time to breathe and rest.

Singing, painting and listening to music are also focused on by Tuan Anh in the self-healing process. Singing helps him feel his throat, lungs, and chest, and at the same time uplifts his spirit.
