Things that are considered secrets in the profession are also revealed by her in a skillful and attractive way. For example, the clips "Secret of necklaces" (15.3M views) and "Gold cabinet" (7.5M views) that Dung shared both have strong coverage on social networks. Because of her interesting and attractive shares, skillful way of speaking and beautiful appearance, each clip she shares attracts the attention of netizens.

TikToker "Dung Ban Vang" was born in 1996. In addition to the TikTok channel "Dung Ban Vang", Dung also has a fashion store in Saigon. Currently, she often travels between Saigon and her hometown to help her family, learn gold making and maintain her business.

Dung shared that she started her business in her third year of university, from online sales until now Dung has a fashion store in District 3. During peak seasons and when she needs to prepare for a new collection, she focuses on Saigon. In addition, in her free time, she writes scripts and returns to her hometown to help with her family's business.

The idea of building a channel came to her many years ago, when TikTok in Vietnam had just become popular, but due to her busy work, it was not until mid-2023 that she began to learn more and prepare to build a channel. After a period of thinking and learning, she chose the "gold" field as a premise.

"This field in TikTok was still a small and new niche before, no one had really been named, there were still many opportunities and stories to exploit. Dung decided to put her first brick in the gold industry. After a period of research, I started filming the first clip, luckily the clips of "Dung Ban Vang" quickly went viral. To call her a hot girl or famous, Dung really didn't dare, I felt I needed to try harder" - Dung confided.

"Dung Ban Vang" shared that since she was 12 years old, she has been helping her family in the gold business. "When you are young, you do small jobs according to your strength." At that time, she helped look after the gold shop when her parents went out to eat, stood by to watch customers, learned how to calculate interest... When she was a little older, she helped clean things and gold. After that, Dung started learning to classify gold, inventory gold, calculate money... Having a solid knowledge of gold, she started to stand and sell, exchange old and new gold.

"Looking back at Dung's journey of learning the gold trade, it has been 15 years. At the present time, in terms of business, buying and selling gold, Dung is 90% confident that she can do well. But in terms of manufacturing, Dung is still on the path of learning more" - Dung shared.

When talking about her family business, Dung shared that her parents started the store and have been in business since 1994, which is 30 years now. Gold is an industry that is both old and new. Old for gold businesses and new for customers or people who have never been exposed to gold.

"For Dung's parents, creating a TikTok channel to talk about gold is great but also has many potential risks. However, looking at what I did before, the achievements that Dung created have become the premise for her parents to trust and support her future decisions" - Dung confided.

She explained clearly and assured her parents that she would minimize risks while bringing greater future development for herself and her family business.

"The only difficulty was in the clips that required the father's appearance. I was also very shy about the camera, but because of my daughter, I tried my best to make it perfect. As a result, people watching the clips often criticized the father for looking stiff, but no one knew that behind that stiff expression, my father had to hold back his laughter from beginning to end" - Dung shared.

Every field has its own difficulties. In gold, because of the special nature of the industry, it is always strictly managed by law, so it will be even more difficult. "Dung Ban Vang" shared that, having studied Law, this is not too difficult for her, especially since her family's business has always complied with all legal regulations.

Before posting any content, she always researches all aspects carefully to avoid any unnecessary problems. However, Dung recently encountered an unexpected situation that she had never shared before.

"Specifically, there was a clip that after I shared it on various platforms, the next day, two women came to Dung's house and asked to take down the clip because they appeared in the clip and they did not accept that, in addition, the content in the clip would cause them to be misunderstood and negatively affect their reputation.

Realizing the seriousness of the matter, I asked for permission to review the clip to verify. The clip did appear, but only a silhouette flashed by for less than a second. That image could not verify the identity and could not cause serious damage to the honor as the two women above said.

The two sides sat down to discuss and resolved the issue peacefully, but this is also a lesson for me to improve in the future. In fact, even though I had learned about the law beforehand and avoided turning my back on the customer, sometimes awkward situations like this would still occur" - Dung recounted.
