The movie Secret Project: Disaster on the Bridge paints a picture of father-son love and brotherly love in times of hardship. This is one of the last two movies in which the late actress Lee Sun Kyun appeared.

The dark secret is gradually revealed when Dr. Yang, the scientist leading the Secret Project, shows up. This project is essentially a dangerous military experiment to create ferocious dogs to serve dark purposes. A terrible traffic accident on the bridge caused the dogs to lose control, escape the captivity of Yang and the security team, spreading terror to the people.
