Courtney Burgess said he was holding 11 USBs containing sensitive videos of Diddy and the famous artist. The person who gave him this data was Kim Porter - Diddy's late ex-girlfriend
On November 1, TMZ reported that lawyer Ariel Mitchell and her client, Courtney Burgess - who are interested in the lawsuit related to rap mogul Diddy - have been summoned by a federal jury in New York (USA) to testify. After the meeting with the authorities, Ariel Mitchell and Courtney Burgess were interviewed by the media about what happened behind the closed doors of the courthouse.
Courtney Burgess said he had been contacted by the US Department of Homeland Security and invited to testify in court. Courtney Burgess said he was summoned because he had sufficient evidence against Diddy. According to Courtney Burgess, he has watched and held many sensitive clips of Diddy and the male rapper's star friends. These are sensitive private videos filmed at parties hosted by the hip-hop mogul.
In addition, Courtney Burgess also claimed that he had an unedited version of the diary exposing the scandalous life of Diddy written before his death by Kim Porter, the ex-girlfriend of the scandalous male artist. Courtney Burgess declined to share how he got Diddy's sensitive clips with celebrities as well as the original Kim Porter's diary.
According to Courtney Burgess, federal prosecutors have asked him to turn over all records, including USB drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices or devices that contain videos or files that store sensitive images of Diddy and related celebrities. Courtney Burgess and his lawyers will attend another hearing to determine if there is any evidence they need to turn over to the federal government.
Courtney Burgess is not in Diddy's social circle. He was involved in the case because he was an ex-partner of Kim Porter, the late ex-girlfriend of the hip hop mogul.
On NewsNation's Banfield program, Burgess said Kim Porter gave him 11 USBs before he died in 2018. Inside the USB is said to contain sensitive videos of Diddy and 8 A-list stars, including 6 men and 2 women. Burgess emphasized that 2-3 of the characters in the video are minors.
According to N.Han C.Hung, all the stars present in the video seem to be under the influence of narcotics, they seem to be the victims, not the same association, the same boat as the producer born in 1969.
Burgess also claimed to have received a manuscript of Kim Porter's memoir, titled Kim's Lost Words: A Journey for Justice, from the other side. The book details allegations of physical abuse, physical coercion, and other "physical impact" against Diddy.
The book quietly released on Amazon in September, for $22. Initially, it didn't get much attention, but after Diddy's arrest, sales skyrocketed. Currently, Kim's Lost Words has been removed from the e-commerce site due to being accused of being fake by Diddy's 7 children.
In the new interview, Mitchell described the USBs as recounting Diddy's deviant activity over the past 30 years.
Mitchell previously mentioned the s.e.x tapes during an appearance on NewsNation in early October. According to the female lawyer, one of the celebrities who took sensitive videos with Diddy has a higher status.
"I can confirm that it exists. It is real and the other person in the video is very visible. There is no doubt about whether it is the person in the video or not," Mitchell assured.
Diddy's representative has not commented on the above information. However, lawyer Mark Geragos, Teny Geragos' father, the boss's defense attorney, said he "did not believe" Burgess' allegations. According to him, the prosecution also did not believe it, so they made a move to bring the man in front of the jury.
