The lawsuit states: 'Every time she visited, (Combs) made her 'perform a show' for him and forced her to drink alcohol and banned substances until she passed out — she would wake up with bruises and injuries but not remember how she was injured."

During a July 2022 encounter with Combs at his home in Los Angeles, she was forced to drink what was believed to contain ketamine and fainted. Later that day, she took a pregnancy test and the result was positive. However, an associate of Combs' repeatedly asked her to break and she had a miscarriage, she claimed.

Last July, Doe said, Combs "ordered" her to go to his home in Miami, where she accused Combs of putting two pills in her mouth. She said that the next morning, she felt unwell and confused, couldn't remember what had happened the night before, and the bedroom was a mess.

Doe, represented by lawyers Marie Napoli and Joseph Ciaccio, also accused Combs and his associates of spying on her location and spying on her conversations. She said Combs prevented her from working and gave her a "stipend" that he used to control her.
