Walking in the bright sky, there were developments showing that many people in the boarding house were poisoned and had to be hospitalized due to eating sausages sold by Chai and Ta. Chai had to ask Pu for help to handle it.
Pu, Thai, and Mr. Vinh took everyone to the hospital. Chai had to pay all the medical bills and hospital expenses. Afterwards, Chai and Ta were scolded by the landlady for doing business unethically, selling dirty food, and she was told that if they did it again, they would be kicked out of the boarding house.
In some other developments in last night's episode, it seems that Thai has feelings for Pu. When at the hospital, seeing Pu waiting for a motorbike taxi, Thai took the initiative to take Pu home. They stopped at a restaurant to have dinner and talk more.
Several other scenes show Thai's mother suspecting that her son is hiding something from her when she discovers on Quang's Facebook a photo of Thai in a backpacker cafe in the city while Thai was studying abroad. But when calling, Thai said it was an old photo, then Thai told Quang to remove the photo, making Thai's mother suspicious.
Walking in the Glorious Sky episode 30 on VTV3 has a notable scene where Ta is advising Chai to calm down while Chai is carrying a box of things and standing on the riverbank with a depressed look. Chai thinks he has lost everything.
Several scenes in the episode also show Thai's mother coming to Quang's house to ask for information about her son, while Thai's ex-girlfriend goes to the backpacker cafe where Thai often gathers with his friends to ask for information.
In another development, the owner of the coffee shop where Pu works made a big fuss after discovering the real reason why the shop's camera was broken. The owner claimed that Pu and her co-worker were dishonest and untrustworthy. This woman did not hesitate to say bad words and insult her employees.
The conversation escalated when the owner blamed the restaurant's empty staff. The argument escalated when the owner decided to fire Pu and her co-worker.
Faced with these insulting words, Pu and her co-worker decided to quit their jobs, but wanted to get back the wages they had earned before they left. The owner of the shop, of course, did not agree, saying she would not pay them a single cent. The owner of the shop even dared them to report it to the police.
Just as the argument was reaching its climax and about to have physical contact between the two sides, Chai appeared. He removed the hand of the coffee shop owner - who was now aggressively attacking Pu and the rest of the shop's staff.
In another development, Quang told Thai about his suspicions that his mother was sending people to follow Quang to find out the whereabouts of her beloved son. Listening to Quang's analysis, Thai also felt worried and he was afraid that his mother would go to England to find him. Meanwhile, the girl named Bao Anh who was pursuing Thai kept calling him. But Thai refused to answer the phone.
After the first episodes 'causing a storm', in recent episodes, 'Di giu troi ruc ro' is gradually losing its appeal and revealing a 'weakness' in the script.
Changing the setting from a place full of nature to a bustling city not only loses the original uniqueness but also reveals weaknesses in the script and the way the characters' developments and emotions are developed. The majestic mountains and forests create a romantic space and evoke strong emotions about nature and people.
That is the space where the characters Pu and Chai become close, real and lovable to the audience. However, when the film decided to bring the characters to the city, it lost the elements that created the film's own identity. Instead of continuing to develop the story on a unique natural foundation, the film switched to the familiar motif of stressful and complicated urban life, but lacked breakthrough.
The character Pu, originally a strong, confident girl who dared to live the way she wanted, gradually became monotonous and lacked depth when she moved to Hanoi. Instead of making important steps in pursuing her dreams and orienting her life, Pu became obscure, with nothing new except for her asking to help sell coffee. Pu's insignificant changes after moving to the city made the audience feel that this character became boring and lost the initial love.
Walking in the Bright Sky is showing signs of a gradual script fatigue. Instead of focusing on psychological development and character conflicts, it falls into a cycle of side situations, with too many supporting characters that make the main male and female characters fade away. The film's fatigue also lies in the script's inability to maintain the emotional pace and develop the story consistently, making the film's pace slow, faltering, and lacking drama to keep the audience engaged.
