Ms. Nhung also requested the court to cancel the inheritance declaration document made by Ms. Loan on April 7, 2023 at Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen Notary Office regarding the inheritance of Mr. Vo Van Ngoan (Meritorious Artist Vu Linh), including: house and land use rights at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem (Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District), which have been transferred to Ms. Loan; land use rights for plots of land No. 87, 88 in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City and a Toyota car have all been transferred to Ms. Loan; cancel the updated change on the land use rights certificate at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem regarding the transfer of ownership to Ms. Loan; determine that the entire inheritance of Meritorious Artist Vu Linh is the inheritance property owned by the second-order heirs, Ms. Nhung and Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu; force the people residing at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem to return the house to Ms. Nhung and Mr. Nhieu.

The Plaintiff also requested to verify Mr. Ngoan's (Meritorious Artist Vu Linh) signature on the adoption handover document and the signature on the adoption handover certificate book.
