In May 2023, KIDO's report said that while the economy was in recession and people were tightening their spending, in the first 4 months of the year, Van Hanh Mall still reached nearly 1 million visitors per month, double that of 2019. After 3 years of the pandemic, Van Hanh Mall still operated well, with high revenue and 100% occupancy rate.

At the same time in 2023, Mr. Tran Le Nguyen announced that he had taken over the premises that Parkson rented at Hung Vuong Plaza, with the expectation of creating a second Van Hanh Mall. The project has 7 floors from the 1st to the 7th floor, with a commercial floor area of 30,000m2. Of which, the rental area is 25,000m2, with entertainment space accounting for 16%, the Food court accounting for 31% and Retail - Services accounting for the largest with 53% of the total area of the center. The total investment capital for this project is 200 billion VND.
