Vu Linh's granddaughter "asked for help" before the trial date of the inheritance dispute with Hong Loan

The People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City. In addition to the plaintiff and defendant, the court also summoned Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong (37 years old, granddaughter of artist Vu Linh), Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu (57 years old, sister of artist Vu Linh), Notary Office of Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen, People's Committee of Phu Nhuan District, and a number of individuals living at house No. 5 Doan Thi Diem (Ward 1, Phu Nhuan district) participated in the court hearing as a person with related interests and obligations.

It is known that after the death of artist Vu Linh, in early June 2023, Ms. Nhung sued Ms. Loan for an inheritance dispute.

The plaintiff requested the court to consider canceling a number of documents related to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan's identity; requesting the cancellation of the inheritance declaration made by Ms. Hong Loan on 7-4-2023 at the Notary Office of Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen for the inheritance of Mr. Vo Van Ngoan (artist Vu Linh) including:

The house and residential land use rights at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem (Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District) have been renamed to Ms. Hong Loan.

The land use rights for land plots No. 87 and 88 in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City and a car have all been transferred to Ms. Hong Loan.

Cancel the update of changes on the land use right certificate at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem about the content of transferring the name to Ms. Hong Loan.

Determine that the entire inheritance of artist Vu Linh is an inheritance owned by the second line of inheritance, Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung and Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu.

Forcing the people residing at house No. 5 Doan Thi Diem to hand over the house to Ms. Nhung and Mr. Nhieu.

The plaintiff also requested to examine the signature of artist Vu Linh on documents related to the defendant's identity.

Meanwhile, the defendant did not accept all the plaintiff's lawsuit requests. The defendant affirmed that he was the only heir of artist Vu Linh and the defendant had fully submitted to the court documents certifying that Ms. Loan was the legal child of artist Vu Linh.

According to the defendant, the plaintiff's claim that there is no first inheritance is unfounded, in fact, Ms. Loan has been living with artist Vu Linh's family since 1987.

The defendant has a counterclaim, requesting Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung and Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong to completely relocate from house No. 5 Doan Thi Diem.

Before the trial on December 16, people are curious about the attitude of both Hong Phuong and Hong Loan's mother and daughter.

Accordingly, Hong Loan - the daughter of the late artist Vu Linh announced a new product called The Artist's Life composed by musician Minh Tam. Hong Loan posted a photo with musician Minh Tam, and thanked him for giving this song to him.

According to Hong Loan, the song was released on the YouTube channel named artist Vu Linh as a move for Hong Loan to always show love and admiration for her father.
