After 2 years together, on the evening of May 27, 2022, on his personal Facebook, creative director Ben Pham suddenly announced his departure from Son Tung M-TP's company. "Ben plans to use this upcoming time to cultivate more experience, knowledge, explore many aspects that he has not dared to try before to be able to challenge himself, to be able to improve his skills and in the future, continue to devote more to art. Therefore, Ben shared this to M-TP Entertainment with the purpose of asking for permission to stop to continue studying and further improve his abilities," Ben Pham confided.

The creative director of 9X also did not forget to thank the members of the company and singer Son Tung M-TP. He wrote: "M-TP Entertainment will always be family to Ben. Thank you for always caring and loving me. Especially President Nguyen Thanh Tung, thank you for always listening, caring for me and treating me as a little brother."
