The trader responsible for the quality and distribution of the product is Hoang Chau Pharm Company Limited (Hanoi). This product is manufactured at Vesco Pharmaceutical Company Limited, located in Dan Phuong, Hanoi.

The product "N-collagen Chanh plus" is distributed by N - Collagen Import Export Company Limited (28 Street 16, Canh Song Phu Urban Area, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, HCMC), the trader responsible for product quality is BeQuen Company Limited (Hanoi), also manufactured at Vesco Pharmaceutical Company Limited, located in Dan Phuong, Hanoi.

N-Collagen lemon plus candy is advertised by Ngan Collagen to be taken in the morning, helping to support body detoxification and overall weight loss. A course of 15 pills can reduce 1-3kg depending on the body.

According to the provisions of Decree No. 15/2018, the group of supplementary food products has been assigned to local management, so on May 26, the Department of Food Safety issued an official dispatch requesting the Department of Food Safety of Ho Chi Minh City and the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene of Hanoi to urgently inspect and verify the production, trading and advertising activities of the above products, and at the same time take samples for testing to determine prohibited substances (if any) for strict handling and timely information to consumers.

According to the advertisement, all of these products are currently licensed by the Ministry of Health. Some videos advertised by Ngan Collagen on TikTok about the two products above are: "Take 1-2 pills a day, reduce 1-2cm of waist circumference a week, depending on the body. Besides, currently, Ngan Collagen also sells some types of "Face ginseng" body cream which are widely advertised, have been on the market for 14 years, produced by her own company and licensed and inspected by the Ministry of Health.
