Actor Long Vu, Van Dung's son, is gaining attention for playing the role of "young master" Chai in the movie Di Giua Troi Ruc Ro. Not only does his mother have a comedian, in actor Long Vu's family there is also an uncle who was once famous for his beauty and participated in a beauty pageant. That is Le Van Trang.

Van Trang is 1 year older than Van Dung. The two sisters have many similar features, but Van Trang is taller than her sister. The comedian said: "When I was little, people often said, my parents are so pretty, my sister is so pretty, why is Van Dung so ugly? Because when I was little, I was skinny, dark, had single eyelids, a flat nose and looked very funny. But, those days were not sad. My parents went to work so the two sisters looked after each other and played with the neighborhood kids, it was so much fun."

Van Dung is very proud of her beautiful older sister. When she was little, she felt sorry for her mole because she was considered a "fly", "greedy", "bitchy". Meanwhile, her older sister Van Trang is very pretty. In a TV show, Van Dung's close colleague, artist Quang Thang, also revealed: "I know Trang, she is very pretty, 1m72, taller than me. She competed in a beauty pageant. If Van Dung like this were to compete in a beauty pageant, would everyone believe it?"

Referring to the contest that year, comedian Van Dung shared: "At that time, because I had studied acting, I knew a little about walking and catwalking on stage, so my sister Van Trang and I registered to compete in the National Miss Tien Phong newspaper (now the Miss Vietnam contest). Actually, I was the one who encouraged her to compete, because she was pretty and tall but shy, so the two of us competed together to gain confidence.

That year, Van Dung achieved Top 15 while her sister advanced to the Top 10 of the season. Coming out of a beauty pageant, Van Dung focused on developing her acting career while her sister Van Trang pursued her passion for the culinary business quite successfully."

Up to now, Top 10 Miss Vietnam 1992 Van Trang is still very young and stylish at the ag.e of 50, praised for her charisma when taking pictures. On her personal page, the beauty born in 1974 often shares pictures of her daily life or trips with friends and family. Van Trang dresses elegantly and femininely.
