In the document sent to the market management departments of provinces and cities, it was stated that recently, the mass media has reported that a number of children's toy products such as Baby Three with images similar to the "cow tongue line" are being sold in traditional forms and on e-commerce platforms Shopee, TikTokShop, and social networks Facebook.

Therefore, the Department recommends that local market management departments strengthen coordination with e-commerce platforms, grasp the situation in the area, proactively deploy professional measures, organize inspections, and strictly handle violations, if any, against organizations and individuals according to regulations.

In addition to checking invoices, documents and related papers regarding the legality of the product, the authorities also check the toxic content of the product, ensuring quality for consumers.

According to Dr. Huynh Khanh Duy, former lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, because the toys in blind bags and blind boxes are made from recycled plastic, they may contain toxic additives that affect the health of users.

Despite being banned, toxic substances such as bisphenol A and flame retardants are still found in many plastic toys. With weak immune systems, young children are susceptible to skin and respiratory irritation when exposed to these substances.
