By November 2021, Dai Nam Corp had to issue bonds to raise capital. The bond lot of VND 180 billion they launched has a term of 5 years, a fixed interest rate of 10%/year. At the end of 2023, the company was fined VND 85 million by the State Securities Commission for failing to publish financial statements in 2021, the payment of interest and principal of bonds in 2021 and the report on the use of capital from bond issuance in 2021.

During this period, they also moved from a loss of VND 7 billion in 2018 to a profit of VND 41 billion in 2019. As of December 31, 2019, Tan Khai had total assets of VND 897 billion, equity of VND 84 billion, growth of 40% and 95% respectively compared to the beginning of the year.

In 2022, Tan Khai MTV signed a memorandum of understanding to transfer the project to Vinasing Group Joint Stock Company for VND 2,434 billion. However, this deal later failed. It is known that recently the project has been noticed by Danh Khoi (NRC).
