The decision was transferred to An Phuoc Prison for execution, releasing Ms. Hang today (September 19).

According to Mr. Cuong, although An Phuoc Prison is under the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Procuracy of Binh Duong province is assigned to participate in the council to consider reducing sentences for this prison (and Phu Hoa Prison, also under the Ministry of Public Security).
