"Recently, on the online music platform, there are a number of YouTuber artists who have used the song "The Guilty Child" composed by me and announced in 2024 to make a song. They made up the lyrics from my original song in a very indiscriminate way for the purpose of attacking individuals and collectives. The lyrics are extremely gloomy, losing the original value of this song.

These songs seriously violate the Intellectual Property Law, violate the right to freedom of expression and do not respect human rights, but they have very high hits. After checking those YouTube channels, I realized that they had gone far beyond the right to freely copy and put words to attack CEO Nguyen Phuong Hang.

Therefore, I have sent an urgent appeal, hoping that the leaders of the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center (VCPMC) and the Vietnam Copyright Center (VCOP) will take measures to handle this phenomenon. However, he also admitted that he borrowed from musician Trinh Cong Son's music when writing the song.
