"Recently, on the online music platform, there are a number of YouTuber artists who have used the song "The Guilty Child" composed by me and announced in 2024 to make a song. They made up the lyrics from my original song in a very indiscriminate way for the purpose of attacking individuals and collectives. The lyrics are extremely gloomy, losing the original value of this song.

These songs seriously violate the Intellectual Property Law, violate the right to freedom of expression and do not respect human rights, but they have very high hits. After checking those YouTube channels, I realized that they had gone far beyond the right to freely copy and put words to attack CEO Nguyen Phuong Hang.

Therefore, I have sent an urgent appeal, hoping that the leaders of the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center (VCPMC) and the Vietnam Copyright Center (VCOP) will take measures to handle this phenomenon. I suggest YouTube channels to make lyrics of the song Illegal Sin Child quickly overcome the consequences and return purity to the country's music environment," the male author shared.

Impressed with the lyrics, when he returned home, Chau Gia Tuyen played music and formed the song "The guilty child". However, he also admitted that he borrowed from musician Trinh Cong Son's music when writing the song. That is also the reason why Chau Gia Tuyen did not dare to record but only introduced it to friends to listen and sing happily. What he didn't expect was that it ended up being famous, so he decided to authorize the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center to exploit the copyright.
