Frustrated by Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang's statements, some people remade the lyrics to condemn the female CEO. Recently, the owner of those songs had to send a call for help.

After making statements related to layman Minh Tue, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang encountered many mixed opinions from netizens. Notably, some people remade the lyrics to satirize and condemn the female CEO Dai Nam. The song "The guilty child" by author Chau Gia Tuyen is among them and has gone viral on the internet.

Before this incident, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang is still silent and has not made any specific moves. Meanwhile, the author Chau Gia Tuyen is quite a headache. Recently, the press reported that Chau Gia Dien sent a request for help to the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center, the Vietnam Copyright Center where he authorized the protection and exploitation of the copyright of his song's music.

Talking to the press, Chau Gia Dien said that since the morning of November 1, he has sent a call for help to 2 centers. Chau Gia Chuan had to think very carefully and make this decision to protect his song. The fact that YouTubers took advantage of the song "The sinful child" to push the story related to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang far away made Chau Gia Tuyen unable to be happy.

"Recently, on the online music platform, there are a number of YouTuber artists who have used the song "The Guilty Child" composed by me and announced in 2024 to make a song. They made up the lyrics from my original song in a very indiscriminate way for the purpose of attacking individuals and collectives. The lyrics are extremely gloomy, losing the original value of this song.

These songs seriously violate the Intellectual Property Law, violate the right to freedom of expression and do not respect human rights, but they have very high hits. After checking those YouTube channels, I realized that they had gone far beyond the right to freely copy and put words to attack CEO Nguyen Phuong Hang.

Therefore, I have sent an urgent appeal, hoping that the leaders of the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center (VCPMC) and the Vietnam Copyright Center (VCOP) will take measures to handle this phenomenon. I suggest YouTube channels to make lyrics of the song Illegal Sin Child quickly overcome the consequences and return purity to the country's music environment," the male author shared.

It is known that many years ago, Chau Gia Tuyen on a singing trip in Cam Ranh accidentally heard this poem from inmates in prison. Impressed with the lyrics, when he returned home, Chau Gia Tuyen played music and formed the song "The guilty child". However, he also admitted that he borrowed from musician Trinh Cong Son's music when writing the song. That is also the reason why Chau Gia Tuyen did not dare to record but only introduced it to friends to listen and sing happily. What he didn't expect was that it ended up being famous, so he decided to authorize the Vietnam Music Copyright Protection Center to exploit the copyright.

Previously, the image of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang standing in front of thousands of people in the evening of September 29 singing the songs "T30 and me" and "An Phuoc Rain" by herself "fabricated the lyrics" on the background of the song "Sad part of the rainy night" by author Tu Nhi (Tu Nhi is the stage name of the famous singer Che Linh) and musician Vinh Su.

However, rewriting the lyrics of the song "The sad part of the rainy night" and turning this song into a derivative work of CEO Nguyen Phuong Hang must ask for the author's permission and pay remuneration in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law.
