The Lunar New Year is a communication day of the year for the Vietnamese people. Although it is not a big Tet like the traditional Tet, its meaning and importance are not small.

The Lunar New Year, also known as the Pest Control Festival, is a fairly important day in Vietnamese customs. The Lunar New Year is a summer day, so the weather is quite hot. The elderly and young often boil leaves such as grapefruit, coriander, perilla, marjoram, lemongrass, bamboo... to take a bath and sauna to prevent colds.
