In recent days, netizens have been abuzz with the incident of the Yin Yang Road film crew transporting the cast to the film premiere event in an ambulance, with sirens blaring on the street. This action is considered unacceptable.

On the evening of March 26, the organizer of the event to launch the film The Yin-Yang Road used an ambulance for the wrong purpose, causing controversy on social media. On the evening of March 26, in response to public opposition, the producer publicly apologized on the film's homepage and through a press release.

Despite the timely apology, many people still cannot accept this extremely wrongful behavior. Internet phenomenon Nguyen Sin also posted on his personal page, comparing it to the previous case of 9 people carrying a coffin being fined. He wrote: After surfing around social networks, I see that the case of the ambulance carrying artists to the movie premiere seems more serious than the case of 9 people carrying a coffin being prosecuted recently.

I tried to make a comparison between the two events. The common point between the two events is that they both abused serious symbols for commercial purposes. The pallbearers were used to promote clothing sales, while the ambulance carrying artists was used to promote a movie premiere.

If carrying a coffin makes passersby confused, insecure, and affects good customs, then a fake ambulance with its siren sounding during rush hour makes people misunderstand it as an emergency, causing traffic chaos and psychological alertness.

Ambulances, whether hired for show or driven spontaneously without carrying patients, still sounding the siren is an act of impersonating the right of way, as clearly regulated by law.

Acts of faking emergency situations in public spaces such as sounding sirens during rush hour can cause panic, affect traffic flow, create public unrest, and constitute an act of disturbing public order, especially if there are obvious consequences when causing public outrage nationwide.

In short. If the group of people carrying the coffin were prosecuted for disturbing public order, then the ambulance incident, if it only stops at administrative fines or "apologies" without any strict form of handling, will unintentionally create a bad precedent, any artist and film crew can circumvent the law, making fun of the kindness of the community.

Regarding the apology letter from the film crew, the apology content is as follows: "We, the film crew of The Yin and Yang Road, would like to send our most sincere apologies to the agencies, individuals and groups affected by the unfortunate incident that occurred at the film premiere event on the evening of March 26.

We deeply regret the improper use of an ambulance at the film premiere event. This was an undeniable mistake and the Yin Yang Road team will do our best to deal with the consequences of the above action."

Regarding the handling of the consequences of the incident, the manufacturer committed: "We will take responsibility for this incident and will not make any defense; Remedy: We will work closely with the authorities to remedy the consequences of the incident, and at the same time take preventive measures to ensure that similar incidents never recur."

At the premiere of the movie "The Yin and Yang Road" on the evening of March 26, after the film crew used an ambulance to transport the actors and director to the red carpet, the same evening, the traffic police force of District 3 under the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police invited the driver to work and made a record of the ambulance driver, and at the same time revoked the license to send out priority signals for this ambulance.
