Considering the case, the trial panel sentenced defendant Nguyen Le Tan Tai to 12 months of non-custodial reform for the crime of "illegally giving computer network information" as prescribed at Point a, Clause 1, Article 288; Points b, i, s Clause 1 and 2, Article 51, Article 36 of the Penal Code.
