According to Ms. V, she and her daughter went to eat at a famous luxury restaurant on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street (District 1). When the customer finished almost the entire bowl of rice, he was stunned to discover that there were cockroaches in the bowl. Not just a small part but a huge cockroach.

The person who needs to apologize is the chef or the person who made this bowl of rice for me, but no one came out to apologize or solve this problem " - Ms. TV recounted.

To fix the problem, the restaurant offered to reduce the cost and even offered to give the meal a free meal, but she refused because she believed that she was going to eat, not to make excuses to get a free meal. Therefore, Ms. V paid 100% of the meal.

The female customer shared: "Before deciding to reflect the incident on social networks, I also hesitated, maybe this incident could affect the work of restaurant staff. However, I think I need to speak up so that you can focus more on your work and avoid situations like the one above."

After the incident was posted, the restaurant representative said that she contacted Ms. TV directly to apologize for the incident that had just occurred. The restaurant representative shared that they contacted Ms. TV on the evening of the above incident but were unable to contact her. In response to Ms. TV's feedback on social networks, the restaurant also repeatedly apologized and corrected the recent incident.
