The Adventures of Trang Ti: A "fake" blockbuster that leaves even adults "speechless"?

However, looking at it objectively, Trang Ti Phieu Luu Ky still has commendable elements, although it has not yet reached the level of perfection expected by many audiences.

The film tells the story of Ti (Huu Khang), a bo.y without a father, which often makes him teased by his friends and causes him to feel inferior and self-conscious. He decides to go with his three best friends, Suu (Bao Tien), Dan (Hoang Long) and Meo (Duc Anh), to find his father, based on a rumor about a talented monk who can answer all questions. Ti's journey to find his father leads him and his friends on an exciting adventure, with difficult challenges and dangerous enemies. However, through this trip, Ti not only finds answers about his father but also receives valuable lessons about friendship, love and courage.

The story is simple but meaningful, easy to approach for children. However, for adult audiences, the film becomes a bit long-winded, lacks clima.x and has some unconvincing details. In particular, Ti's motivation to find his father is not really clear and reasonable, making viewers wonder why he did not focus on studying but instead plunged into adventure.

The change from the original Than Dong Dat Viet was a decision that received opposition from many fans of the series. In fact, Trang Ti Phieu Luu Ky has made major adjustments to the plot, characters and message. One of the notable changes is that Ti is no longer an exceptionally intelligent bo.y but has become a somewhat naive character, still confused and lacking in life experience. Although this is a factor that helps the film become closer to young audiences, this sudden change is not convincing in the eyes of those who love the original.

The setting in the film has also been changed to create a large, colorful, magical space with mythological and supernatural elements. However, despite the beautiful setting, the highlights in the character development are not enough to highlight the plot.
