However, one of the biggest difficulties I have ever encountered in my career was when I was injured during a performance. Because the stage was crowded and the scene transition was complicated, Hoang Nhat unfortunately fell from a height of 3m to the stage floor during the scene transition.

Hoang Nhat had to seek immediate medical treatment. After examination and treatment at the hospital, the doctor diagnosed him with injuries to his back and legs. He had to rest completely for several weeks, combined with physical therapy to restore his body's functions. This injury had a major impact on both Hoang Nhat's health and work. At first, he found it difficult to move. That feeling affected not only his physical appearance, but also his mental state, reducing his confidence and anxiety about his ability to recover to continue his acting career.

However, with the support of his family, friends and colleagues, Hoang Nhat was able to overcome that difficult time, focus on recovering and coming back stronger. That patience and determination helped Hoang Nhat overcome this challenge.

Injuries are something no one wants, but through these experiences, Hoang Nhat learned how to face and overcome difficulties, thereby becoming stronger and more confident in his acting career.

Through this, Hoang Nhat would like to give advice to young people who want and are passionate about pursuing an acting career. First, pay attention to safety: Always prioritize personal safety in all situations. Carefully check the stage, props and surrounding equipment before starting the performance.

Listen to your body: If you feel tired or have signs of injury, stop immediately and seek medical help (Except in cases of force majeure such as performing off stage.
