But according to Mr. P. the practice time was often interrupted, the doctor did not come for many days and the obstetrics hospital showed signs of delay and neglect in the treatment.

According to the working minutes between the two sides, the results of the professional council meeting on November 24, 2020 of the hospital determined that the method of spinal anesthesia was not suitable, and the cause of the weakness of the pregnant woman had not been found yet.
