Nguyen Thien Han was born in 1996, 1m76 tall, from Dong Nai. Currently, the beauty is still a banker. She started transgender in 2020, and participated in the Miss Transgender Vietnam 2023 contest with the desire to succeed Phung Truong Tran Dai in the international battle.

Nguyen Thien Han's birth name is Nguyen Viet Thai, she said she was lucky to be able to work in the right major, despite going through many difficulties for employers to accept transgender people: "They used to say that I am a transgender person. The first transgender person to work at this bank I am proud of that. In the beauty contest, I care a lot about creating job opportunities for transgender people so that they can work in the right profession. The number of educated transgender people will increase in the future and employers will be more sympathetic and less strict with them," she said.

Thien Han said that since childhood, she has loved playing with dolls and has feelings for people of the same sex. Every time she sleeps and dreams about fairy tales, she imagines herself as a princess. "I'm lucky from childhood to adulthood that I don't have to come out to my family because my parents are always by my side and understand me well. My family supports me on the way to find myself. Currently, I am satisfied with what I have," - she said.

Participating in Miss Transgender, Thien Han belongs to the runner-up team Thuy Tien. Thien Han said she competed at Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 to prove her ability, make her family proud, and spread the project "Job opportunities for transgender people" to employers.

Thien Han self-identifies that her strengths are her highly focused spirit, teamwork skills, and always strive to complete all assigned tasks. However, her drawback is her sensitive personality.

"Contesting Miss, I have to balance many things at the same time. I go to work in the morning, practice until dawn, but I'm always happy and happy because I don't think I can do so many things," she said. .

The beauty aims to win the crown of Miss Transgender Vietnam 2023. Wearing the costume 'Kham van' by Nguyen Vinh An in the national costume contest on March 24, Thien Han was praised for her confident, charismatic catwalk. quantity.

Then a few days later, this person called me to the office to discuss. My (former) boss said: "I have to cut my hair, I look in the mirror to see if I look like a human?".

However, after changing the working environment, Thien Han has also received love and respect from everyone in the new company. Not to mention, Thien Han added that during the time of applying for a job, she had difficulties when the legal papers were male, and the "interface" was female.
