Once surrounded by all the luxuries of the world, Sean "Diddy" Combs suddenly became a "criminal" in the eyes of the public and the law when he was arrested for a series of serious charges such as: trafficking 18 and conspiracy to extort money.

The rap mogul was arrested on September 16 and has been serving time since. Sean “Diddy’ Combs” is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. According to international media, he has applied for bail three times but has been denied.

After his last bail application was denied, he spent Thanksgiving behind bars. Sean "Diddy' Combs" reportedly relied on his high-profile legal team to get him out by Christmas, but things didn't go as planned.

Others say Diddy has gotten used to prison life and has made more friends. According to PEOPLE, this past Christmas, Sean "Diddy' Combs" spent the day trying to bond with the inmates by playing board games and basketball with them.

Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo shared that the rapper is struggling with food in prison, calling it the "most difficult period" of his life behind bars while awaiting trial.

After the rapper was ordered to be held pending trial on charges of extortion, trafficking in opiates, and engaging in prostitution, Diddy's attorney Marc Agnifilo shared information about the rapper's time in prison.

On Christmas, tycoon Diddy was also accused by an employee of having to organize lavish, excessive parties for the rapper. Specifically, that employee's name is Phillip Pines and he confirmed that he worked for Diddy from 2019 to 2021. He said the parties were called "Wild King Nights".

Pines is suing the rapper for debauchery, trafficking in drugs, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other charges. In a civil lawsuit filed on Dec. 23, Pines said Diddy repeatedly instructed him to set up his bedroom or hotel room with “red lights, ice buckets, alcohol, marijuana, honey packs for male libido, baby oil, Astro Glide lubricant, towels, illegal substances, and a sex machine.” Pines said he was “on call” during “the wild king’s nights,” which could last for days.

Diddy is currently on special watch for potential suicide, a common practice for high-profile individuals who are placed in federal custody. Diddy’s trial is scheduled for May 5, 2025, and the Grammy-winning artist is scheduled to appear in court. He had requested bail of up to $50 million, but the court refused.
