Cardi B stressed that she and her husband, Offset, have invested heavily in real estate to ensure their family's well-being. She also did not hesitate to respond to negative comments online, asserting that false rumors will not affect her.

The Tenafly villa is one of the expensive properties that Cardi B owns, showing the luxurious but also calculating lifestyle of the famous female rapper.

Last Christmas, the owner of a resort villa in Beverly Hills, California (USA) also announced a lawsuit against the couple Cardi B and Offset for allegedly avoiding paying bills and vandalizing the house.

The lawsuit states that the couple “occupied” the home in early 2022 but then left in October without giving any notice. They abruptly left the home and left behind utility payments.

The landlord said that when Cardi B and her husband moved out, the luxury home had significant property damage, including broken furniture, burn marks on tables and counters, holes in the walls, and scratches on the carpet, curtains, and tile floors. The total cost of the damage was estimated at $85,000.
