RHYDER "opens" the past, admits the impasse after winning HIEUTHUHAI, what's going on?

Before causing a fever in "Rap Viet" season 3 and "Brother Say Hi" in the first season, few people knew that RHYDER used to struggle to find his own glory. He even almost quit his profession to sell milk tea.

Abandoning the title of Champion of The Voice Kids - Vietnamese Voice Kids 12 years ago, RHYDER has built itself the image of a "multi-talented" Gen Z singer, all hands from singing, rapping to producing, composing music and playing musical instruments. Returning to the entertainment industry with "Rap Viet 2023", the guy has a solid momentum to break through in "Brother Say Hi 2024".

Back in 2013, RHYDER was then known as Quang Anh, "greeting" at the stage of The Voice Kids - Vietnamese Children's Voice. Thanks to his powerful voice and perfect technique, it is suitable for many genres of music such as pop rock, contemporary folk, etc. the boy born in 2001 excellently won the title of Champion of the program. Since then, she has been popular like alcohol, and is warmly sought after in showbiz.

The great potential is that, but Quang Anh decided to go to Hanoi to study and hone his professional skills. But music trends and public tastes change over time, the "hiding" inadvertently makes the male singer's name gradually fade in the minds of the audience.

In 2018, Quang Anh changed his name to Quang Anh RHYDER, suddenly heading south in search of a breakthrough opportunity. Opening with the song "I Am Accustomed to Single" but did not create much resonance. Struggling forever but not still having a firm foothold on the Vpop map, the male singer experienced a low note in his career.

Recalling that time of failure, RHYDER confided: "Flying to Saigon to make a career and not being well received by the audience, I once again fell into a stalemate. I have to ask myself if I really have the ability to succeed in this profession. At that time, when I returned to Hanoi, there was almost nothing left in me."

Unable to overcome the shadow of the past, Quang Anh RHYDER "died" for a long time, wanted to give up many times, returned to being an ordinary person selling milk tea or cosmetics. However, the great passion for music has lifted the spirit of the young male singer, deciding to continue pursuing the path he has chosen.

In 2023, Quang Anh RHYDER reappeared at the Vietnamese Rap playground, taking the new stage name RHYDER - a warrior who overcame circumstances to conquer his dreams. Controversy yes, love yes, but it can't be denied that the guy is the second hottest factor in the show, his reputation reaches far.

In 2024, RHYDER enrolled in the show "Brother Say Hi" and exploded. Showing his strength through each round of the competition, he is considered a bright "war horse" of the program. The runner-up title is the "sweet fruit" that the male singer deserves after 12 years of diving in showbiz.

After "Brother Say Hi", RHYDER built himself a large fan community, called FLASH. They are an indispensable part of the young singer's success path. "A successful artist, or an artist who is happy or doing well in their field, requires them to have their own audience. I consider the audience to be very close to me, I love my fans very much. With them, we have who we are today," he said proudly.

At the recent VTV Awards 2024 ceremony, RHYDER excellently surpassed HIEUTHUHAI and Phuong My Chi to win the "Impressive Young Face" award in the field of Art. The male singer's victory received many congratulations from fans. Most of them affirm that this fake award is completely worth it, especially with his journey of pursuing music for more than a decade.
