Previously, Que Van spoke out about being criticized for giving charity gifts in the Phuc Tan area as unfair. Although she explained that she did not go to "flood relief in the rich area" but gave charity gifts to the disadvantaged in the area under Long Bien bridge, Chuong Duong... many people still went to Que Van's personal page to criticize. She said that the households in the area under Long Bien bridge were relocated to houses in the Phuc Xa - Phuc Tan area to avoid the impact of storms and floods and she only followed the group's instructions. She said she would ask the law to intervene to deal with those who spread fabricated, unverified news, affecting their lives.

Que Van said: "I lost everything because of criticism, my contract was terminated, I no longer have any advertising or income to raise my children. I never expected that my efforts to do charity work and build a good image would be criticized so fiercely."
