Specifically, on the evening of September 12, Que Van posted a series of photos of herself sitting on a boat with Ung Hoang Phuc and his wife to distribute instant noodles and food to people in the Phuc Tan area (Hoan Kiem District). However, under the posts of Ung Hoang Phuc and Que Van, many people living in Hanoi said that because it is an area outside the Red River dike, people in Phuc Tan area (Hoan Kiem District) are used to flooded roads like this. Although this year the rain is heavy and the flooding is deeper, they have enough experience to cope, manage to protect themselves, and stabilize their lives. Some netizens even said that people in Phuc Tan also create joy by taking SUPs for a walk, letting children play in the water... optimistically facing the storm and flood.

In addition, the fact that Que Van wore sunglasses and Ung Hoang Phuc and his wife wore boots carefully even though the water was only up to their knees also caused many people to have mixed opinions.

In general, the conditions of people living in this area are currently a bit inconvenient but not so difficult that they need urgent relief. At the present time, many other areas in Hanoi as well as neighboring localities are being heavily affected and need more support.

More notably, another detail that made netizens extremely indignant, thinking that these artists took advantage of charity work to "show off" was that they opened a livestream. Not only did they invest in recording equipment and cameras, but a member of the crew also asked Que Van and Ung Hoang Phuc and his wife to stand in a deeper flooded area, then counted down as if they were filming: "Everyone stand far away so the water can flood deeper. Stand deep in the water, go all the way over there. The machine starts running 3 2 1".

This statement has angered many netizens, who have criticized Ung Hoang Phuc and his wife and the crew, claiming that these people are deliberately arranging to "go into deep floodwaters" to take photos and promote themselves while the people of the North are in pain due to natural disasters and losses.

However, some netizens do not rule out the possibility that the person who made the above inappropriate statement is not part of Ung Hoang Phuc and Que Van's charity team.

Currently, the clip related to the couple Ung Hoang Phuc and Que Van is the topic of discussion among netizens and shows no signs of cooling down.

In recent days, many artists have also donated billions of dong to the relief fund. As of noon on September 12, many Vietnamese stars such as Nhat Kim Anh, Tuan Hung, B Ray, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Kha Ngan... have donated money to help people in this extremely urgent time. On her personal page, Diep Lam Anh said she was in Yen Bai to join the rescue team in delivering necessities to people in the flooded areas.
