Miss Phuong Le, after noisily making the National Anthem, was sanctioned by the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City, recently, she took action to help the community after Super Typhoon Yagi. Seeing the damage of people affected by Typhoon Yagi, Phuong Le and artist Vu Luan decided to transfer 500 million VND to the Vietnam Red Cross Society. The beauty from Tra Vinh hopes that her contributions can share some of the burden with people in the affected areas.

According to Miss Phuong Le, she plans to support necessities for people in disaster-stricken areas. However, Phuong Le said that the current situation is quite urgent, so she decided to transfer money and ask the authorities to help buy necessary items for the people here, which will be more convenient.

This is not the first time Miss Phuong Le has spent her own pocket money for charity. Previously, the 7X beauty had donated 500 million VND to the charity fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 100 million VND to a pagoda and 100 million VND to the Together with My Children fund of Thanh Nien Newspaper. After donating, Phuong Le also publicized the image of the statement to show transparency.

After noisily correcting the lyrics of the National Anthem, Miss Phuong Le said that she paid more attention to her statements and images on social networks. Vu Luan's fiancée also expressed her desire to return the crown because she felt that she was not suitable for the title of Miss Lady of World Peace.

At the meeting with the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City, Miss Phuong Le presented that she had acted rashly, not planning before some people attacked. After that, she removed the video and posted an apology on August 16.

Miss admitted that she was not subtle in her use of words, accidentally pushing the incident too far. However, she affirmed that she did not make up the lyrics of the "National Anthem" or act contrary to the love of the Fatherland.

"I am a very patriotic person. I would like to reaffirm that throughout my life there will never be such deeds contrary to the love of the Fatherland.

I apologize to everyone, agencies, and laws of Vietnam for the bad and noisy incident that has occurred in the past few days. From now on, I will pay attention and be more careful when going on social networks," Phuong Le burst into tears and said.

According to Phuong Le, the source of the incident came from a conflict between herself and an anti-fan that lasted for many months. At the peak of the livestream session, she was provoked by some accounts, disparaging with heavy words. Because she could not keep her calm, she responded with the above song.

"I just said carelessly, not intentionally or imagined that it was a song. Some individuals on this occasion have cut, staged, and dubbed music with a tense atmosphere, creating drama that makes some people who do not understand the story when watching will have a negative feeling about me," Phuong Le explained.

After the meeting, the authorities decided to sanction administrative violations against Ms. Le Thi Hau Phuong (Miss Phuong Le) for the act of distorting the work, causing harm to the honor and reputation of the author specified in Clause 2, Article 10, Decree 131 of the Government, regulations on sanctioning administrative violations of copyright and related rights.
