Speaking to the media, Ms. Vo Thi Thu Suong - Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City said that the Department had received information related to Miss Phuong Le and was investigating the incident. The National Flag and National Anthem are considered the soul of the Nation. They are extremely sacred to us. Therefore, anyone who modifies the lyrics or uses them in a way that does not comply with the above instructions may be prosecuted according to the regulations.
