Regarding the livestream, Thoai aired for 90 minutes but spent about 1 hour scolding customers and only sold more than 100 orders, earning more than 20 million VND, causing Ms. P to suffer a heavy loss. Therefore, Ms. P. believes that Pham Thoai's work without heart caused her to lose money and wants to clarify the situation to the end.

Around the beginning of October, Ms. P began to announce the incident. Explaining the silence for the past half a year, Ms. P. said that because she had previously cooperated with the brand, the brand did not agree to announce it.
