BLV Quang Viet followed in the footsteps of Ta Bien Cuong to leave VTV after 14 years, the reason is shocking everyone

BLV Quang Viet officially confirmed the information that he left Vietnam Television ( VTV ), closing a 14-year journey full of passion and dedication. This information quickly made many colleagues and viewers surprised and regretful.

According to Quang Viet's sharing, he started working at VTV in November 2011, and now, when the journey closes, it is also in November – the 14th full year of youth. In an emotional post on his personal page, the male BLV wrote:

"VTV is not only a place to work, but also a true second home. Here, I have been able to live with a passion for sports, work with great brothers, teachers, colleagues, friends and have a small family. It is a period of youth with only passion, no regrets, even though sometimes you have to overcome many challenges."

He also expressed his deep gratitude to leaders, colleagues and the audience for accompanying him throughout the long journey. For Quang Viet, VTV is not only a place where he grows up in his profession but also an inseparable memory: "Even if I embark on a new journey, I will not say goodbye to VTV, because this place, once in my heart, will always be there".

The starting point of Pham Quang Viet (SN 1990) is not in the field of journalism. He used to be a student of the Academy of Cryptography Engineering, majoring in Information Security – Security. However, his passion for sports made him turn unexpectedly. When he was a 2nd year student, he happened to read VTV's announcement of recruiting sports collaborators and boldly submitted his application.

Since then, Quang Viet has been attached to the VTV house, starting as an international editor, specializing in translating and writing news about foreign sports. Thanks to his continuous efforts, he gradually became a field reporter, host, and commentator on major sports programs.

From a "horizontal hand" without television training, Quang Viet has learned all professional skills from colleagues, from international programs and also in the process of practical work. He once confided: "My biggest advantage is being able to do the job I love. But because I didn't study journalism, I had to learn everything from scratch. I always remind myself to try harder so that each product sent to the audience has emotions and value."

During 14 years of work, Quang Viet has been a familiar face of TV audiences through a series of programs: 24/7 Sports, 360 degree Sports, Sports Pulse and live commentary sessions before and after major football matches.

With his calm demeanor, clear voice and natural leadership ability, he is considered one of VTV's typical young BLVs, bringing the audience closeness and inspiration. Not only has extensive knowledge of sports, Quang Viet is also marked by his delicate way of expressing emotions, always knowing how to "breathe" into each news.

Currently, Quang Viet has not revealed his new place of work, but according to many sources, he will continue to pursue the field of sports – the land he has been attached to for half of his adult life.
